Updated Cancellation Fee Policy

On-Demand bookings

A cancellation fee of $20 for “Ride Requests” cancelled AFTER 5 minutes of a ride being confirmed and accepted will be charged to customers.
However, cancellations WITHIN 5 minutes of a booking acceptance will NOT attract a cancellation fee.
Cancellation charges for cash customers will be charged to customer accounts for future rides.
Cancellation charges for credit card-registered customers will be charged immediately.

Pre-booking will remain on DROP’s original fare structure of Flat Rates by zone. Please note that all pre-bookings can be made a minimum of 2 hours in advance of the desired pick-up time.
Cancellation of a pre-booking must be made a minimum of 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up.
A cancellation fee of $40 per request for requests cancelled WITHIN 1 Hour of scheduled pick-up will be charged to customers.
If a cancellation is made prior to 1 hour before the pick-up time, this will NOT attract a cancellation fee.
Cancellation charges for cash customers will be charged to customer accounts for future rides.
Cancellation charges for credit card-registered customers will be charged immediately.

During the hours of 1am to 5am there will be a 10% surcharge added to the regular rate card.
